A recent championship in the DGFX LMP1 class led to an invite to drive in NEO's premier event and season ending race against the top endurance teams...the Racespot 24 Hrs of LeMans.  Instead of sticking with their winning car, the Porsche 919 LMP1, the trio of Mattias Magnusson, Gabriel Roos, and Marc Torres chose to drive the Honda powered HPD in the LMP2 class.  With only 2 weeks to prepare, the impressive P4 qualy pace that Roos displayed was an immediate statement about their intentions....they were here to fight.  After qualy Roos had this to say, "I knew we'd be fast so I can't say I'

Invitation race for winning DGFX LMP1 class

Saturday, March 23, 2019 - 15:00 to Sunday, March 24, 2019 - 15:00

Our Velocity car had a mostly uneventful race. We started 18th in the third split. Stefan started the race, and after one stint handed the car over to Mattias. We chose to not take tires, in an attempt to gain track position. We were quite a bit slower on older tires, but were able to gain a few spots. Stefan got back for the third and fourth stints (again double stinting tires), and the two traded back anf forth doing doubles.

Kinetic Movement #67 had a great run in the 1st timeslot for Sebring. We were in the top split of 3 with Gustavo/Linden scheduled to do the 1st 7-8 hours of the race and Rob, with a single stint from John to help spread the load to close out the race.

We gave the new Kinetic Momentum car a great debut in the Bathurst 12 hour. We chose team veterans [ John King ] and [ Gustavo Cianfarani ] to start and finish the race respectively and newcomers [ Dustin Berentsen ] and [ Jonathan Diggs ] to do the bulk of the driving in the middlepart of the race.

IMSA cars (DP, GTE, GT3) and 2 races at 1am and 1pm GMT on Saturday. Note that this is another Majors "Super Weekend" with Majors races on Sat/Sun depending on the region so make sure you make your car/race selection with that in mind.

Saturday, March 2, 2019 - 01:00 to Sunday, March 3, 2019 - 01:00

For 2019, Kinetic will run full teams in both the Pro and Sportsmans constructors championship and small junior teams supporting both.

The factory team will consist of Wade Hays, Vince l'Herbier and Scott Corbin (all members of the 2nd place team in 2018) plus new team members Liam Quinn and Mark Schindel. Marc Torres is unlikely to be able to run in all rounds in 2019 so he'll be in the Junior team, but promoted to the Factory team when he's available.

Wednesday, December 18, 2019 - 09:30 to Friday, December 20, 2019 - 04:00

During 2018 Kinetic only had a small team in the Europe region but for 2019 we'll be sending a strong, full squad which should be competitive in the region.

So far in 2019

The team made a brilliant start to the year with both Christian and Gabe winning their classes. Mattias recovered from an early spin to take 4th place and give the team a small lead in the standings. Joao made a great debut for the team and finished 7th. Linden drove very strongly but had some late ace problems and dropped back.
